Business During COVID-19
As of today, business is operating as usual. We keep most of our stock in fulfilment warehouse and all orders are being dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail International Standard (for worldwide orders). Normally, most spare part orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be shipped out on a same day.
Please note that most couriers (including Royal Mail, UPS and Parcelforce) no longer guarantee express shipping service and some delays might occur. We can see from our recent orders that UK deliveries are operating as usual with very few orders delayed by 1-2 working days.
However, international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks. For international orders, we strongly recommend choosing tracked service.
Electric scooter orders will now be shipped within 24hrs and same day e-scooter shipments are suspended. Additionally, we no longer allow any local collection or repair service.
